Most items are shipped USPS Priority Mail© with the exception of some larger items that may be shipped by USPS Parcel Post or by UPS, and smaller, lightweight items that will ship First Class Mail. Most items ship within 1-3 days of cleared payment.
Items marked as "Backordered" or "Special Order" will usually ship within 2-4 weeks. Your entire order will ship once the backordered items have arrived unless you Contact Harusami with a special request for split shipment.
If an item is no longer available, a refund will be immediately processed. Please understand that this does happen on rare occasion when several orders come in at once for the same item.
Please allow 2-4 weeks delivery time for Rejuvenator Ionizers and Infrared Saunas.

Please Contact Harusami with your location and desired order for shipping total. Most small items can be shipped around the world for $14.00 by combined weight of up to 1 lb. by Small Flat Rate Priority Mail. Orders without proper shipping fees will be cancelled.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase.
