~Venus of Willendorf Gemstone Pendants~

One of the earliest depictions of the human form, the original Goddess/Venus figurine was created between 24,000 - 22,000 BC, and discovered in 1908 in Willendorf, Austria. This sassy little Venus has become a symbol of fertility, feminine beauty and is seen as the original "Mother Goddess."

I'm happy to have found a small quantity of carved natural gemstone and stabilized stone pendants depicting this famous Goddess in all her glory. She hangs approximately 1-1/2" from the bail and comes on an adjustable length black cord. Beautifully carved in China. Gift-boxed.
